Specialty Suites

The Colony features 28 specialty suites ranging from clubhouse suites, to lavish penthouses overlooking the Gulf or center courts, to our lanais and multi-bedroom cottages situated directly on the beach.

LANAIS

Designed for adult guests, the lanais are located right on the beach and range from 700 - 850 s.f.

BEACH SUITES

These large one-bedroom, two bath suites are located directly on the beach, are 1,000 s.f. and one bathroom features a whirlpool and steam shower.

HIGH RISE/CLUB HOUSE SUITES

These elegant suites, located in our lobby building housing Le Tennique and the Spa, are accessible by elevator and feature one bedroom, two baths and pull-down Murphy beds.

PRESIDENTIAL SUITE

This large one-bedroom, one bath suite has a spectacular water view and oversized balcony overlooking the beach.

VICE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE

This one-bedroom, one bath oversized suite also features a large balcony overlooking the beach and two additional Murphy beds.

BEACH HOUSES - CASTAWAYS

This 1,500 s.f. home sits tucked away directly on our private beach, has two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen and the best sunset views on the Gulf.

BEACH HOUSES - BEACHCOMBER

This 1,500 s.f. home also sits directly on our private beach, has two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen and a whirlpool in the master bath.

BEACH HOUSES - VAGABOND

At 2,000 s.f., our largest beach house is right on the sand and features three bedrooms, three baths and can comfortably sleep six.

PENTHOUSES - SUITE 502

Located on the 5th floor of the high rise building, this one-bedroom suite is exquisitely decorated with unique art and furnishings, overlooks the center courts and Sarasota Bay.

PENTHOUSES - SUITE 503

Our largest penthouse suite features three bedrooms and three baths, a washer/dryer in the suite, full kitchen and a wrap-around veranda that has a breathtaking view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
